GTA 6 Standard Edition Giveaway Official Rules

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is run by IsaacBeast (“Sponsor”).

Discord: https://discord.gg/rxqTaaT

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., PlayStation, Xbox, Microsoft, YouTube, Google, Discord, or any of their parents, affiliates, or partners. Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto VI, and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners. This is an independent fan giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Employees of the Sponsor, and members of their household, are not eligible.

One entry per person. Duplicate, fake, bot, or alt accounts are not eligible.

You must have a valid Discord account and be able to receive a direct message.

You must have, or be able to make, a PlayStation or Xbox account that can redeem a digital game code in the United States.

3. Entry period

Starts: October 3, 2026 at [START TIME] UTC

Ends: November 19, 2026 at [END TIME] UTC (“Cutoff”)

The Sponsor’s clock is the official clock. The Cutoff will also be posted in the Discord.

4. How to enter

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not raise your odds.

To enter:

  1. Join the Discord during the entry period.
  2. Stay in the server through the Cutoff and until a winner is confirmed.

Joining the Discord is the only way to enter.

Liking, commenting, subscribing, or following is optional and is not an entry.

Limit one entry per person. The Sponsor may disqualify extra accounts tied to the same person.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Grand Theft Auto VI Standard Edition digital code for either PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S. The winner picks the platform.

Approximate retail value: $79.99 USD. The code is for the Standard Edition only. It does not include the Ultimate Edition.

Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026. Pre-load is scheduled to begin November 12, 2026. Those dates are set by Rockstar and can change.

No cash alternative. The prize cannot be transferred, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal value if the code cannot be obtained.

The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. The Sponsor will not cover tax.

6. Winner selection

After the Cutoff, one (1) potential winner will be picked at random from eligible Discord members who joined before the Cutoff and are still in the server.

The drawing will be done with a random picker or an equivalent random method. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

The winner will be announced in the Discord and contacted by Discord DM from the Sponsor’s account.

The potential winner has 48 hours from the DM to reply with:

  • confirmation they accept the prize
  • the platform they want (PS5 or Xbox Series X|S)
  • the email or gamertag/PSN name needed to deliver the code, if required

If the potential winner does not reply in 48 hours, does not meet the rules, or cannot redeem the code, the Sponsor may pick a new winner the same way.

The Sponsor may require proof of age and residency before sending the code. Failure to provide it can void the win.

The code will be sent by Discord DM, or by email if both sides agree. Delivery target is within 7 days of confirmed acceptance, unless the code is not yet on sale.

7. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees the Sponsor may post their Discord username, and that they won, in the Discord, on YouTube, and on the Sponsor’s social accounts.

The Sponsor will not post a legal name, address, or email unless the winner asks for that.

8. Privacy

Entry info is used only to run this giveaway, pick a winner, and deliver the prize.

Joining the Discord is subject to Discord’s own terms and privacy policy. The Sponsor will not sell entry info.

9. General conditions

The Sponsor may cancel, pause, or change the giveaway if fraud, a technical failure, or any other problem affects the fairness of the drawing.

The Sponsor’s decisions on eligibility, entries, and the winner are final.

Anyone who cheats, uses bots, harasses other members, or breaks the Discord rules can be removed and disqualified.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • late, lost, or undelivered DMs
  • Discord outages
  • a region lock on the code
  • a store outage on PlayStation or Xbox
  • an account ban or a failed redemption
  • Rockstar changing the price, edition contents, pre-load date, or release date

The code is supplied by the platform store after purchase. Once it is sent, replacement is only required if the Sponsor sent a dead code.

10. Release

By entering, you release the Sponsor and the platforms named in Section 1 from claims arising out of this giveaway or the prize, to the extent allowed by law.

This includes claims about the game itself. The game is made and sold by Rockstar, not by the Sponsor.

11. Disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, except where the law does not allow that.

12. Winner list

For the winner’s Discord username, ask in the giveaway channel after the announcement, or check the pinned winner post in the Discord.

13. Disclaimer

Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive do not sponsor or endorse this giveaway and are not involved in it.
